Process Overview: 

• Initial Consultation: 
• Fill out the form below with details about your desired artwork. 
• We'll reach out to discuss your vision, preferences, and any specific requirements. 
• Proposal and Agreement: 
• Upon understanding your needs, we'll provide a proposal outlining the artwork specifications, timeline, and pricing. 
• Once you approve the proposal, we'll proceed with a contract/agreement for the commissioned piece. 
• Creation Phase: 
• I will begin crafting your unique artwork, providing updates along the way if requested. 
• You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback during certain stages of the creation process. 
• Completion and Delivery: 
• After the artwork is finalized and approved by you, we'll prepare it for delivery or pickup, based on your preference. 

Pricing: 

• Pricing Structure: Our pricing is determined based on various factors including size, medium, complexity, and timeline.  Pricing starts at $500 for a 16x20 painting.
• Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before the item is shipped or picked up. 
• Additional Costs: Any additional changes or modifications requested beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges. 

Policies: 

• Revision Policy: We offer a specific number of revisions within the agreed-upon scope. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. 
• Cancellation: Cancellation terms are outlined in the agreement; please review them carefully before confirming your commission. 
• Copyright and Reproduction: We retain the copyright to all commissioned artworks unless otherwise negotiated. Reproduction or commercial use may require additional permissions or fees.
